Is there a showroom that I can visit?

One day we will be able to showcase our products for you all to see, but as of right now we do not. Our products are currently showcased on our website, our Instagram and Facebook pages. Should you have friends or family who have purchased from us, give them a call and take a look at what we offer!


What can be done if my product is delivered damaged?

What if I need my order sooner? Can I rush my order?

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate this. Please note, rush orders will result in a rush order fee.

Can I make a change to my order?

Should your order already be in production, unfortunately no changes can be made. 

There was a price error on my product and now it has changed, what do I do?

Should we make a mistake on the price of an item, we apologize and will work to fix this error as fast as possible. Should you place an order with an incorrect price, it will not be honored, but we can issue you a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or shipping fees once an order has left our shop and is in possession of the carrier.

I placed my order, but it hasn't arrived. When should I expect it to be delivered?

We do not carry a large inventory so all of our products are made to order. Please allow up to six weeks to ship on any larger item. For smaller products, depending on amount, please allow up to three weeks to ship.

Should any other issues arise with your order we will stay in contact with you. This could include, but not limited to, material shortages and large order volumes. Also, please don't forget that we are a two person team running the show and we're working diligently to get these orders out to you!

Why doesn't my item look exactly like the photo on the website?

Each item we make is unique to the material that we use. Not all products will look the same and will have variations based on their material.


How do I care for my new product?

Our products are finished with a non-toxic durable treatment that is made from all natural vegetable oils and waxes that provides a high resistance to water, dirt and household spills. 

To clean, use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with only warm water to clean, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of hardwoods for each product. Such as maple, walnut, beech and oak. Depending on the product some hardwoods are best for certain uses than others.
